Following are the minimum specification one should opt for before buying any laptop in a certain budget.

Remember, laptops under ₹25000 are not relevant for the work which require laptop to get done. If your budget is less than ₹25000 I will advise you to don't waste it by investing in lower end laptops. Save yourself from exploitation.

Under ₹30000/-

Go for at least the following required specification in this budget - 

• Intel Core i3 9th Gen.

• 4GB RAM

• Genuine Windows 10 Home

• Genuine Microsoft Office 2019

• 1 TB HDD

• 15.6 inch HD display

• Go for any brand except Lenovo.

• 1 year onsite warranty.

 

Under ₹40000/-

Go for at least following required specification in this budget - 

• Intel Core i3 10th Gen.

• 4GB RAM

• Genuine Windows 10 Home

• Genuine Microsoft Office 2019

• 256 SSD (SSD is far better than HDD)

• 14 inch IPS LED less bezel display

• Backlit keyboard

• Finger Print Sensor

• Go for brands like HP, Dell and Asus only

• 1 year onsite warranty

 

Under ₹70000/-

Go for at least following required specification in this budget - 

• Intel Core i7 11th Gen.

• 8GB RAM

• Genuine Windows 10 Home

• Genuine Microsoft Office 2019

• 256 SSD (SSD is far better than HDD)

• 14 inch IPS LED less bezel display

• Backlit keyboard

• Finger Print Sensor

• At least NVIDIA GeForce MX150 or higher

• Go for brands like HP, Dell, MSI and Apple only

• 2 year onsite warranty

*In case of MacBook the above specification is not compulsory as Apple's hardware and software combination perform much better than any measurement but MacBook under ₹70000 is good for coders only as per their requirement. Always think before going for a macbook.
