Following is the plan a student can consider as a good diet routine –
1. Drink 1-2 glass of water every morning after waking up.
2. Do a heavy and protein rich break fast instead of lite, because it will help you to sustain energetic.
3. Drink 3 litre of water everyday.
4. Make anti-oxidant edibles your prime part of diet.
5. Do a comparatively light lunch in the afternoon.
6. Drink 2 glass of milk every day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
7. Try to eat nuts including almonds, peanuts, cashews or walnut etc.
8. Make eating fruits daily part of your diet specially apple.
9. Take a very light dinner and take it 2 hours before sleep.
10. Eat less but more often.
