People buy PC especially for running such software efficiently. iPad can't replace your PC in many cases. If you are an artist and work with artistic stuff like illustration and other or portability is the priority for you then iPad should be your first choice. In overall other cases, MacBook Pro is definitely a better choice than iPad Pro.
